Before the workshop, you’ll get a series of selected French sentences from typical government and business texts that have been translated twice, once by a human and once by a machine. Our challenge is to improve them. We’ll go through them one by one, looking for insights. By the end, we’ll identify 45 different takeaways—perhaps more if you have your own to share—that will make you a better translator. And you’ll go away confident that you can outshine any machine translation.
