The annual general meeting of the members of any professional order is held within eight months after the end of the fiscal year. The board of directors determines the date, time and location of the general meeting.

The quorum of OTTIAQ’s general meeting is 30 members.

Only members present have the right to vote at general meetings. Decisions are rendered by a majority of the members.
