ROOM RENTALS
Located in downtown Montréal, OTTIAQ offers professional turnkey room rentals for your meetings, training sessions and small events.
Our conference room is perfect for training sessions or presentations.
We offer this room in various setups to accommodate different group sizes and meeting types.
The room seats up to 45 people in a traditional classroom setup or 12 to 24 people in a square or U.
Perfect for cocktail parties (up to 50 people)
Included: projector and screen, HDMI and VGA cables, telephone, Wi-Fi, flipchart and whiteboard markers
Included upon request (additional fees): catering service, water, juice, coffee and tea.
Fees
All day (from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.): $369
Half day (2 to 4 hours): $175
Less than 2 hours: $65/hour
If you make five or more reservations during the same year, a 10% discount will be applied to the rental price. This discount does not apply to fees for rentals for less than two hours and projector rentals.
